Beating out chicks like Salma Hayek, Jessica Simpson and Halle Berry we have the best celebrity rack award going to Scarlett Johansson according to Access Hollywood. I have to agree with them too, while Salma has some mega cans as we’ve seen in the past, but there’s just something about Scarlett.
