Lilo is at it again! After wowing us all by getting out of the closet, Lindsay has gone back to teasing men (and now women too) by nearly exposing her breasts in a very transparent top. Miss Lohan was spotted this morning walking around in a black top that completely showed her bouncy tits, while smiling wide.

Obviously the well endowed celeb has been enjoying being the center of the latest Hollywood debates, and what better way to stay in the spotlight that by showing her boobs?
